When was the last time BU finished in last place in the MVC?

Have they ever had a season when they did not win any conference games?

Was there ever a player with the last name of Bradley who played for Bradley?

Bradley has been in the MVC from 1948-49 season until the present, except for a 4 year period from 1951-52 through 1954-55 when it withdrew. Bradley has never finished alone in last place in the MVC. But they have finished tied for last.

In 1991-1992, Jim Molinari's first year, Bradley finished 7-23 overall, and 3-15 in the 10 team MVC. They tied for 9th place at the bottom of the MVC.

In Dick Versace's first season, 1978-1979, Bradley finished 9-17 overall, and 3-13 in the 9 team MVC. That was tied for 8th place at the bottom of the MVC that year (the year Indiana State and Larry Bird went to the NCAA championship game). Ironically, Bradley won the MVC the next year.

No. Bradley has never won fewer than the 3 games they won in the above 2 years, 1978-79 and 1991-92. They were also 3-9 in 1955-56.

No. The closest name is Brady.

I remember Dick Versace's first year. Bradley was last in the Valley, but I sure we won a couple of conferance games. That was 1978-79. I think our record was 9 wins and 16 losses overall. The next year Bradley finished first in the Valley, and Versace was coach of the year. Unfortunately, for Les next year does not look any better.

There has never been a player with the last name Bradley to play for Bradley.

Molinari's first season, 1991-92, the Braves finished tied with Northern Iowa for 9th out of 10 teams in what I believe was their first season in the MVC (it was a big jump up for them), although they swept UNI.

I believe Versace's first year, 1978-79 the Braves also finished tied for 8th out of 9 teams.

1972-73, tied for 8th out of 9 teams.

        1955-56, tied for 6th out 7 teams.

Some will try to say that since they weren't outright last place finishes they don't count, but nobody was worse.

Bradley has never gone a conference slate winless, and I don't expect that to happen this year.
