Dear Jim Les,
Do you think a 7 footer might help in rebounding. What was your reasoning for not playing him 1 minute? Multiple times tonight, 2-3 offensive boards in 1 trip down the court. A 7 footer in the lineup and that wouldn't happen. GRRRRRRR.

I don't care how bad DC is, wouldn't of been much worse than Singh and Salley tonight on the defensive end. MO States game plan, dump it down low and get a foul, along with a few 3's in between, it worked every single time down the court. Least the offense was there tonight but way to many problems with this roster. Ruffin coming back would help a little but not overall.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I see a bit of a pattern here...
When DC played in games, his playing time was mainly in the first half and then he rode the pine during the second half. Tonight RA plays in the first half and I am pretty sure RA didnt play in the second half.....
I am not saying that RA would have made a difference in tonight's game, but I am starting to think that some of our substitution patterns are contributing to this teams inability to mesh... (along with our offensive sets)Bradley 72 - Illini 68 Final

Jim is clueless as to who to play inside. Outside of Matt Salley, the only thing consistent about our inside players is the inconsitency, mostly in minutes. Sam is a DNP last game, now he's logging almost 20 minutes? I'm not saying he did poorly, but explain how much better he practiced in the 3 days since UNI? Austin gets in early, then barely sees the floor as we continue to get pounded on the glass? These issues were supposed to be worked out in the non-conference schedule.
Again, this has little to do with Dan Ruffin. Jim's the coach, but what about the rest of the staff? When do we start holding EB and SM accountable too? The formula to beat BU is real simple right now, and it revolves around the inside game.Onward and Upward!
