I know it is early......but Kevin Durant is off to a good start and is probably the favorite right now to be the Rookie of the Year.
Lots of people thought the 2008 ROY would come down to either Durant or Greg Oden.
But it is possible for BOTH to end up winning the Rookie of the Year....since Oden is not expected back from his knee injury until 2008-2009, and if he has a great year, then can also be ROY! Since Oden will not play a game until the 2008-2009 season he will still be considered a rookie that season.
