The Pantagraph's Justin Benson is blogging from Bowling Green and has this to say just few minutes before tip off of the ISU-Bowling Green game at Bowling Green:
"There was about 4-6 inches of snow here in the Toledo/Bowling Green, Ohio, area Saturday night and early Sunday morning. All that stuff is now blowing all over the place, making travel hazardous.
As of right now, a half-hour before tipoff, there are about 10 fans in the arena. I'm not exaggerating. ISU played in front of 385 at Eastern Michigan 12 days ago, and this crowd might not be that much. The Redbirds are going to have to create their own energy. Actually, Bowling Green will, too. You can see the snow blowing outside."

Birds are up early 16-8, but the radio broadcasters also confirm an incredibly small crowd.
Thay say there are about 200 people in the arena including the cheerleaders and dance team!
Probably the already sold season tickets will get counted, so the reported attendance will be larger, but this has to be strange playing in front of such incredibly small crodws as this and the 385 at Eastern Michigan last week.

Yes, after losing all of a 16 point lead, ISU holds on, but they do list the official attendance at 659.
At one point Bowling Green was 0-8 from 3-pt range and yet they ended up 8-19....meaning they made 8 of their last 11.
Anthony Slack fouled out again, but ISU was whistled for only 10 fouls total, and there were only 30 fouls total in the entire game, even tho a couple refs that commonly do MVC games were calling this one (Skiles, Wymer).
Wow, what I wouldn't give to see a BU game with that few of fouls.
The fewest called on BU in any game this year has been 13, and the total # of fouls per game that BU has played so far is averaging 38!
