  • changing defenses working against Wright St

Thanks to the Horizon League Network, I'm watching BU's next opponent Wright St as they host Valpo.

The Raiders charged to an early lead. They are fast and can force teams to work faster than they like.

Valparaiso has countered by changing defenses and Wright has really struggled, leading to the Crusaders coming back from 9 down at one point in the first half to a 4 point halftime lead. The Crusaders still lead by 1 several minutes into the 2nd half.

Like Bradley, they are trying to work in a couple underclassman.

Butler is shooting 12% from 3 right now, but still up by 3 on Detroit with 6 minutes left.

Butler up to 17% from 3, and still clinging to a 3 point lead, 45-42, 2:30 left.

Hope BU gets the tape of what Valpo just did to Wright St. That game just became a MUST WIN for BU, especially since Wright St will likely be coming off 2 home losses in a row (they host Butler on Saturday).
