I still dont understand how anybody can say that "on paper" Jim Les was the best person for the job. Has he done a good job as coach since getting the job? Yes Im I happy he is our basketball coach? Yes All that said please dont tell me that he was quilified for a job the caliber of Bradley when he was hired, he wasnt. I dont blame him at all for applying for his dream job and getting it but hindsight is 20/20 and his results after the fact to not make the original descision the best one. Bradley is a special place with unique support and I am certain other coaches could have been succesfull here. Again I am happy we have Coach Les and think he is doing a great job right now.

I am very glad JL ended up the head coach on the Hilltop! But at the time I really wanted a guy who ended up here anyway.......Steve Merfeld!

So I guess you can have your cake and eat it too!
