Barry needs to send a Thanksgiving turkey to the local prosecutor, as one of the kids involved
in the break in and burglary, and who didn't get charged and was let right back on the team,
was Chris Cooks, and Cooks was awesome in this game. Cooks was 6-6 and 19 points in 20 minutes.

How do you know what Cooks alleged involvement was? If he wasnt charged isnt he innocent? If he is innocent why woulndt he be allowed back on the team? Do you think the local prosecutor played favorites for a MSU basketball player? Thats a serious allegation.
I know what has been made public.
The testimony given initially indicated all three were involved, and the video from the pawn shop showed all 3 of the Missouri State players in the pawn shop with the expensive camera equipment, trying to sell it for cash.
However, given the laws...the prosecutor didn't believe he had enough to charge the other two...but since David Cline was the only one who approached the counter and told the pawn shop clerk it was his camera equipment and tried to sell it, the prosecutor is only charging the kid he believes he has the evidence to secure a conviction.
Even then, since no witnesses to the theft exist, the charges may only center on trying to sell the equipment, so Cline may be the only one the prosecutor can succesfully go after.
Just because someone isn't charged doesn't mean he "is innocent".
In fact, as I have said many times, the requirement to consider someone "innocent until proven guilty" is incumbent only upon the judge and jury.
If everyone was required to believe in everyone's innocence, then we'd never be able to find a prosecutor to charge anyone, and where would we ever get a witness to convict anyone?
You can judge as you wish, but a whole lot of people besides me (go check the MSU boards) solidly believe the other two MSU kids were in on the theft, but are getting of easy because of the lack of evidence and the prosecutors desire to only go after the strongest case.
