O.T....Any Phi Beta Phi people out there?

I was at an estate sale a while back and came across a very nice Bradley University plate that has a etching of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority house on it, I think it's pretty old but really have no idea.

On the back it says Lappin Fraternity Novelties, Indianapolis Ind.

If anybody wants it it is free for the asking but it would be nice if someone with some sort of ties to the frat would take it.

If anybody has any information or wants it let me know.

It's not a license plate, it's a collector plate or dish that you would hang on the wall or set in a display case.
