Bad news for Evansville--possible starter breaks foot

The only senior on the Evansville team, Victor Gomez, suffered a broken foot and will be out for 6-8 weeks. Gomez was the leading scorer (14 points) and leading rebounder (10) in the Ace's exhibition game last Saturday.

University of Evansville forward Victor Gomez, the only senior on the Aces' basketball team, will be sidelined for approximately six to eight weeks after suffering a fracture to a metatarsal bone in his right foot.

Victor Gomez...?

Maybe someone could ask Coach Merf, but I don't believe the guy logged many minutes his 1st 3 years in E-ville...

I think he was like a 4-yr project player...(think Jassey)
