A couple of these guys have some connection to the MVC-

Scott Edgar was an assistant at Tulsa under Nolan Richardson from 1980-85 and coached against Bradley during those years.

Jay Spoonhour is the son of Charlie Spoonhour, who also coached against Bradley when he was the head coach at Southwest Missouri State. Jay was never an assistant under his father until he joined him at St. Louis U, then later at UNLV.

The new head coach at Southeast Missouri State will be
        Scott Edgar.

The announcement will come sometime this afternoon.
Edgar is presently an assistant at Tennessee, but was also
an assistant at Tulsa under Nolan Richardson from 1980-85, and also at TCU under Billy Tubbs, and was head coach previously at Murray State and Duquesne.

Southeast Missouri State has gotten another transfer,
Herbert Terry, 6'7" 220 lb forward. He had originally committed and signed a LOI out of high school to Mississippi, then when head coach Rod Barnes was fired, he withdrew and enrolled at Ball State, but before school even started, he has now transferred to SEMO. He will have four full years of eligibility.

New SEMO head coach Scott Edgar also will have one other transfer (from Colorado), Calvin Williams, 6'8" 210 lb forward -- who has 3 years of eligibility, as well as Michael Rembert from Bradley who has 2 years of eligibility left.
