Check two of the three boxes I wanted to fill…a four who is tough and rebounds, and a shooting guard who can hit threes. Still need a good 5 man.

Any report on this guy’s defense? Still wondering who our primary perimeter defender will be.

I’m not sure where the “official” portal rankings are or if there is such a thing. I know that the Portal Report has Alex ranked as a 4star transfer and the 147th ranked player in the transfer portal. Regardless, this is a kid that is going to come in and immediately produce for Bradley.

Maybe Alex can convince Brandon Noel to become with him. He was an impressive shooting, high energy big in Myrtle Beach.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

Noel already committed to Ohio State.

I see one issue with this transfer….. Dave Snell (and everybody else) may have difficulty pronouncing his last name.

There are several articles online that explain how to pronounce Alex Huibregtse's last name. Here is one from the Wright State website -
                https://www.wright.edu/retirees-association/news/article/ddn-healthy-huibregtse-ready-to-fill-void-for-raiders#:~:text=%E2%80%9CI%20tried%20to%20tough%20 it%20out%20and%20play%20through%20it%2C%20but%20it %20was%20getting%20worse%20and%20worse%2C%E2%80%9D %20said%20Huibregtse%20(pronounced%20(HUE%2Dbricks).

“I tried to tough it out and play through it, but it was getting worse and worse,” said Huibregtse (pronounced (HUE-bricks).

And a pronunciation guide from the Myrtle Beach Invitational that included Wright State, in addition to Bradley - https://espnevents.com/wp-content/up...ON-GUIDE-1.pdf

Of course he did! I don’t know what I was thinking to hope a good mid-major big hadn’t already been stolen away by a PC.

I think Montana Wheeler goes by 'Tana'.

Ya Dave is morphing into Harry Caray as he ages (minus the Budweiser). For example 'Timothy van der....and then Chad Klein finishes 'Timoty van der Knapp'!

I believe they are both guards/wings. Smith could probably play a small lineup 4, but he's been a guard.

And Chad is Ron Santo with insightful analysis like "OH" and "YES"
