The new Chicago Sports Network will broadcast MVC games. That's good news and will get MVC games on cable systems in the Chicago area. -https://x.com/CHSN_Media/status/1869472660541080015

Now we need to get CSN on the cable systems in Peoria. Does anyone know if Xfinity or i3 Broadband will add CSN?

CHSN is free on over the air digital TV in Peoria on 19-4. Talks between CHSN and Xfinity broke down indefinitely and there are no plans for Xfinity to show CHSN. Xfinity has 2.1 million subscribers in Chicagoland. It is also free on over the air broadcasts in Chicagoland. You definitely need an indoor antenna to view it. The picture is good but there is limited programming (a lot of informercials) and broadcast schedules are difficult to find.

Wow! Thank you Bball31! How is anyone supposed to know this?
The last time I programmed my over-the-air channels, there was no 19-4, but I just re-programmed and found it. This is great to know!

CHSN is nothing short of a disaster.Their PR sucks. I don’t expect it to be free for long.

The Bradley-Indiana State game Wednesday, Dec. 31, is part of the Missouri Valley Conference Network package.
It was just announced by WEEK news that it will also be broadcast over-the-air in Peoria and Bloomington by the CW network, channel 25.3 - https://x.com/25NewsWEEK/status/1873839484636156251

Oddly, this is not mentioned on the Bradley schedule, or the pregame article, or anywhere else on the Bradley website nor on the MVC schedule.

It shows on the Valley Network on the schedule that I have. It also shows that the next two games in January will be on CBS Sports Network.

Yes, the Jan. 1 game with Bradley at Indiana State was always listed as part of the MVC-TV Network. - https://bradleybraves.com/news/2024/...tribution.aspx

But those MVC TV Network games were only reported to be available on ESPN+.
Nowhere have they indicated that some of these games would be over the air broadcasts locally. It's good news, and makes the game available to some fans who may not have cable or aren't subscribers to ESPN+. Why hasn't Bradley or the MVC promoted this?
