In a really close game, Belmont survives with a 99-97 win over Illinois State in overtime, thanks to a generous out of bounds call in their favor with a few second left that lead to the winning shot by Belmont's Carter Whitt as time expired - https://www.espn.com/mens-college-ba...meId/401722443

The replays appeared to me to show Belmont last touched the ball, but the officials stuck with the call on the floor awarding it to Belmont.
Illinois State was hot from the three point line, shooting 18-33 for the game from three. But ISU had 19 turnovers in the game which allowed Belmont to hang on for the win.
Belmont improves to 7-2, and 1-0 in the MVC. ILSU drops to 4-4, and 0-1 in the MVC.
