Uni got their butts beat tonight, 68-48. They will not win games if they only score 48 points. The Valley has been up and down so far this season and if you expect to play in the big dance you need to win the valley tour.

Another bad loss for the MVC. UNI was never really in the game.
UNI has enough talent and coaching to win games they probably shouldn't win. But they don't have much size or athleticism, so they need their shooting to keep them in games, which didn't happen tonight. The biggest difference tonight appeared to be the athleticism, speed, and quickness of North Texas. UNT outshot, and outrebounded UNI, and forced 15 turnovers, 9 of them from their two primary ball handlers RJ Taylor and Trey Campbell.
