Good info, Coach! Now give us the Braves starting lineup!
    Larry Bird
I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

I can only give my guess...
Hannah, Thomas, Montgomery, Deen, and Davis

Does anyone else want to guess a different starting 5?

If Hannah is playing, Hannah, Atlason Montgomery, Deen and Burch.
Without Hannah Thomas, Atlason Montgomery, Deen and Burch.
Davis, Johnson , Jonovic and Dillon to get minutes. I think Davis and Burch will get starter minutes most of the season. We have 7 players on this team that should get starter minutes.

I'll go with Hannah, Atlasson, Christian Davis, Zek, Duke. Without Hannah insert Thomas

You thinking Thomas at the 5 and Hannah at the 4? I like that lineup! You might be right!

So looking forward to this season and I love the new scoreboard and the new food options but if there’s one thing I’d like to ask the Civic Center can you please TURN UP THE AIR CONDTIONER! My god I about froze my ass off and I wasn’t the only one.

We can't overlook any team this year in which Bradley is favored! I think Coach Wardle will have his team very motivated against SEMO! I expect a victory and a fairly competitive game! Living in Chicago, I can't be in person for most games. I hope the city of Peoria shows up for this opening night game in very good numbers! GO BRAVES!

I hope so, too. The attendance for the exhibition against a D3 team on a Wednesday night was good news - 4,448.
                  By comparison-
The exhibition game last year (11/1/23) against St. Ambrose drew 3,841.
The exhibition 2 years ago (11/2/22) against Illinois Wesleyan drew 3,528.
And, the exhibition 3 years ago (11/4/21) against UI-Springfield drew just 1,735.
Those numbers likely included season tickets and other pre-sold tickets whether those fans showed up or not. But the comparison still suggests significantly increased interest by fans.
And, I met several new season ticket people in my section last Wednesday,
So, barring a bunch of injuries, or an unlikely streak of losing, I expect attendance will be up throughout the season.

Totally agree,no need to be freezing in the arena.

Ditto. We sit down near the floor, and it was quite chilly for the Millikin game.

The game still does not show up on the ESPN+ schedule for Monday night, Nov. 4.

However, this is strange... The Bradley-SEMO game is listed on the ESPN+ upcoming schedule for Friday, Nov. 8, at 7 pm - https://www.espn.com/watch/schedule/...tDate/20241108

So looks like if anyone is planning on watching the game, you might have to wait until Friday.

There is now a working link for the ESPN+ video stream in this pregame preview article - https://bradleybraves.com/news/2024/...y-vs-semo.aspx

                        It leads here - https://www.espn.com/watch/player/_/...arch%3Aresults

But note when it says the game will be played-

Has Hannah been practicing because I thought all along he would not come back until Friday at the soonest and more then likely the following week. Anyone actually know if he is good to go or we just guessing?
