Thought it was a good first game. Loved how aggressive we were in shooting 3's. You can just see how much more confidence guys like Almar, Christian and Meta have and my goodness JaQuan just has no fear. I love that no matter who we're playing we have a combination that can match up. Because of our faster pace turnovers could be a problem but if we can force as many it'll balance out. So looking forward to this season.

Overall analysis:
- Duke is Duke and will run the show
- Zek I think underperformed from two years ago (he will need more time with the team) but I think he will be integral in the success of the team since he can create his own shot.
- CD looked solid.
- Jaquan was my biggest surprise this year, he will be a solid backup to Duke. Great find.
- Burch looks shify but still raw. Will need an improvement from him this year as a solid backup guard.
- Almar will be needed to really succeed this year. Looks slow and seems to get into foul trouble. Love his shot though.
- Hannah looked like our most dynamic player. Really excited for him this year. Big year.
- Meta looked the same to me but slow but big presence around the rim and soft touch around the rim.
- Thomas, not impressed but will need big minutes from him. Looks weak but very mobile.
- Connor Dillon looks small but I will need some more minutes against Washington State. Love to see him knock down some open 3's.
- Linke, wouldn't mind seeing him a couple minutes a game as a backup role to Center to eat up minutes.
- Didn't see enough from Timothy but hopes he can turn into a solid international prospect like Mast, Malevy, Van Breen, etc.
- Cade Hardtke love his passion for the team. If we have injuries at the guard position, he will see time as a backup guard to eat up minutes.
- Gonar, I do not know why he is still on the team tbh.Comment
