  • The 1000 Point Club

Malevy joined the 1000 Point Club last year, finishing his Bradley career with 1,179 points

We should have two more enter the club this season, barring injury.

Duke Deen 823 (he also had 271 points at Troy), would only need to average 5-6 ppg thru 2024-25

Darius Hannah 723, would need to average about 9 ppg

Zek has 312 at BU, so he's 688 away- not gonna happen

Unfortunately, Connor Hickman fell just short and ended his Bradley career with 953 points (points elsewhere don't count)

How many Bradley players under Brian Wardle have already achieved 1,000 points at BU?
Answer- seven - DLO, Nate Kennell, Darrell Brown, Elijah Childs, Ja'Shon Henry, Rienk Mast, and Malevy Leons

Duke is now approaching 1,100 career points and at his current pace could finish the season over 1,300, which would place him in the top 20-24 players in career scoring at BU.
If he plays another year at the same pace, he’d get close to 1,800 pts and be in the top 6 or 7. (Please Duke, gotta have ya back in 2025-26!)

Darius is just 45 points away from becoming the 55th player to hit the 1,000 point mark at Bradley, after Duke hit 1,000 earlier this season.

Considering how poorly Darius shot the ball when he first got here, that is a real testament to his work ethic. In all my years of being a Braves fan, I can’t remember any player showing as much improvement as he has.

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

I can remember cringing every time Darius went to the free throw line a few seasons ago and now I expect him to make those shots. It is great to see a player improve so much over the years simply because they were willing to work on their weakness.

Duke, who is at 1,192 career points at Bradley, could reach as high as ~1,350, which should land him in the #20-25 range in BU history.
His overall scoring total, including points scored at Troy before he transferred here, would land him around 1,600 points,
which if they were all counted as having been scored here, would get Duke to inside the Top 12 or 13 players.
Duke's 339 career assists already has him in the Top 15 career list and if he continues his pace, he'd possibly get to the Top 10 (#10 is Bobby Humbles at 381)

Darius Hannah's career FG%, currently at .594, would land him at #3 in Bradley history behind only Zach Andrews (.621) and Joe Allen (.603).
Darius needs 62 more rebounds to get into the Top 15 all time in BU Career Rebounds.

One more note, Zek Montgomery needs just 45 points to reach 1,000 points total in his college career (combined BU & Rhode Island).
Zek's career 3-point% at Bradley (currently at 40.6%)- if sustained thru the end of the year would land him at #6 on Bradley's list of best career 3pt%.
Christian Davis' current FT% of 83.1%, if sustained would land Christian at #4 all time on Bradley's list of top career FT shooters, although I am not sure how many attempts are necessary to qualify for the career record.
