Ticket Account Manager

Anyone else finding the ticket account manager to be a steaming pile of crap? I open it, log in. Screen says view tickets. Select and it does nothing. Found a back door to the tickets thru the drop down menu. Can see the tickets, but won’t add them to my wallet.

Are you accessing it on the internet via a web browser? Do not use the Bradley Ticket Manager app. It doesn't work.
And do not go to the www.Ticketmaster.com website.
Go to www.am.ticketmaster.com/bradleyuniversity
Then sign in using your Ticketmaster logon and password.
Try again. It wasn't working earlier for me, but seems to be working OK now.

it’s unfortunate they provide an app that doesn’t work. Great way to start the season.

use this link here - it works for me but you have to have created a new account separate from any other Ticketmaster accounts you may have, then you have to be logged in

Strange... I can access it using Chrome browser if I type the address directly into the Chrome Browser. But it doesn't work if I try to go there by clicking a link, or clicking a saved icon on my phone's screen.
Try that- open the android browser on your phone, and type am.ticketmaster.com/bradleyuniversity into the browser. That should work.

I finally got it. And was able to load them to my wallet. Something’s not right. I tried the same thing multiple times and it finally worked.
