    Missouri State: https://missouristatebears.com/sport...tball/schedule
My first BU hoops game was on 12/30/1963. My dad took me to watch the Braves defeat Arizona 67-59. He helped me get Coach Orsborn's autograph before the game.

if they get Boston College, it's a very strong non-conference schedule
Question is- will they have the manpower to even break .500. They lost 100% of their offense to transfer or graduation.
100% - pretty much unheard of at the DI level until recently...
Even when Bradley had a near-total rebuild from scratch in 2015, at least we retained a couple guys (Ka'Darryl Bell, Donte Thomas)
They brought in a dozen new guys, mostly juco guys with solid rebounding numbers, but I would be hard pressed to predict their top scorers.

UIC is in the 2024 Boardwalk Battle, a pretty good mid-major tournament - https://www.boardwalkbattle.net/
                      Bracket - https://www.boardwalkbattle.net/wp-c...etworks@4x.png

As their schedule shows, their first game in the Boardwalk Battle is against James Madison, which could be a Quad 1 game. Their second game would be against LaSalle or UC San Diego. The other side of the Bracket contains- East Carolina, Jackson State, Toledo, and Stetson.
Overall a pretty decent non-con schedule, other than three non-D1.

MVC Basketball teased with this post on X.com at about 11:00 am- https://x.com/ValleyHoops/status/1836073251342024861
                        Live from Evansville, Indiana
Stay tuned Valley fans, big news dropping today at 11:30am CT!!

The post included a photo of a press conference setup that appeared to be a MVC-wide announcement, though the only name plate visible on the stage is the Evansville University President Christopher Pietruszkiewicz.
So far, nothing new on their website, or on their social media sites.
Any guesses what this is about?

Here is the "big news dropping today" from the MVC- https://x.com/ValleyHoops/status/1836086983686336981

This screen shot from their video is a little dark and grainy, but it looks like the MVC Basketball Tournament has a new logo.

Better photo- it is a new logo only for the MVC Women's Basketball Tournament. Not too impressed.

For several weeks, Drake has been the final MVC team to release a non-conference schedule. Today, they finally released it - https://godrakebulldogs.com/news/202...-schedule.aspx
                              Drake's 2024-25 schedule- https://godrakebulldogs.com/sports/m...-25?print=true

Their non-conference schedule does not have a single true road game. They play 6 home games, and 4 neutral-site games.
And Drake used to have Iowa and Iowa State on their non-conference schedule. Now they are scheduling two NAIA teams (York and St. Ambrose).
Also, does anyone recall the last time an MVC school scheduled two NAIA opponents in the same season? Both had losing records last year.
