They are going to allow up to 15 scholarships for Division I basketball (currently teams can only have 13 scholarship players)
This means the "power conference schools" will literally be able to stockpile even more talent, essentially - lure the two best players from mid-majors,
but then, I guess mid-majors can try to lure the two best off low-majors.... but in the long run, this just hurts mid-major recruiting
as much as NIL payments do.

I think scholarship limits will be moot for the P4 because the only thing that will matter is NIL. It will be tough to get enough NIL and playing time to keep kids happy with 15.

I agree. There will be kids sitting on the bench at a big time school that will realize they could go to a mid-major, play and get noticed. Goes with the old saying " do you want to be a little fish in a big pond or a big fish in a little pond".
