They are going to allow up to 15 scholarships for Division I basketball (currently teams can only have 13 scholarship players)
This means the "power conference schools" will literally be able to stockpile even more talent, essentially - lure the two best players from mid-majors,
but then, I guess mid-majors can try to lure the two best off low-majors.... but in the long run, this just hurts mid-major recruiting
as much as NIL payments do.
