  • One of the all-time greats Jerry West dies

Jerry West dead at age 86 - https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/...st-dies-age-86

Jerry West is a HOF'er and was one of the greatest college and NBA players of all time. But his legacy includes much more- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerry_West
While he was General Manager of the Memphis Grizzlies from 2002-2007, West worked with Dick Versace, Tony Barone, Michell Anderson and Peorian Dana Davis.

Seems we hit the rule of three again, Chet, Russel, and now West all go within a short time frame.
Thinking is the hardest work, that is why so few people do it. -Henry Ford

Yeah...I've been in college for a while now and I'm pretty sure that awesomest is not a word. -Andrew E.

It would be interesting to see who, of the all time greatness players, that Bradley had the opportunity to play against.

Off the top of my head: Alcindor (Jabbar), Walton, Oscar Robertson (several times), Bird (several times), Elvin Hayes. These are just a few that come to mind; may have played against Bob Kurland and George Mikan, as well, but not sure. I am sure of the previous names. There are probably others.
My first BU hoops game was on 12/30/1963. My dad took me to watch the Braves defeat Arizona 67-59. He helped me get Coach Orsborn's autograph before the game.
