I have personally known all the Bradley Presidents going back to Van Arsdale who served during the 60’s. I would consider only two of them , Abegg and Brazil, to be great Presidents. Several of the others were hired by using expensive executive search firms, which was a complete waste of money. I believe that continuing to repeat the same actions and expect different results is called insanity. It’s time to use a different approach. Yes, I do have some different ideas.

They just hired a search firm, and they don't expect to have a list of candidates for several months. Then they will have to contact each of them, arrange for interviews, trim the list, then have the finalists appear before the Board.
