I have personally known all the Bradley Presidents going back to Van Arsdale who served during the 60’s. I would consider only two of them , Abegg and Brazil, to be great Presidents. Several of the others were hired by using expensive executive search firms, which was a complete waste of money. I believe that continuing to repeat the same actions and expect different results is called insanity. It’s time to use a different approach. Yes, I do have some different ideas.

School's about to start. Has Bradley found a new president yet? I would have thought the BOT would have had someone in place by now.The True Gentleman is the man whose conduct proceeds from good will and an acute sense of propriety, and whose self-control is equal to all emergencies... - John Walter Wayland

They just hired a search firm, and they don't expect to have a list of candidates for several months. Then they will have to contact each of them, arrange for interviews, trim the list, then have the finalists appear before the Board. Don't expect a decision until well into 2025.The True Gentleman is the man whose conduct proceeds from good will and an acute sense of propriety, and whose self-control is equal to all emergencies... - John Walter Wayland

Thank you, Da Coach. I was under the impression this would be done on an expedited timeline.
that we shouldn't expect word on hiring until next spring. - https://www.bradleyfans.com/forum/sp...man-enrollment
