I'm excited for this upcoming season as it appears BU will be the MVC favorite! I would love to see them compete In the Big Dance! As an Underdog no doubt! The following year will be so so interesting! We will lose MVC first teamer Duke, MVC most improved Hannah, and Zeke! It appears will have a total Rebuild! Now the question is what will Bradley do with 20 Million to lure at least 1 great player or more? Obviously the big boys will have no limit and a few could field a total roster of NBA future players who could stay if they can make as much or more then the NBA. If this occurs, March Madness upsets will be few and far between and the tournament may lose its luster! Time will tell if Bradley has any chance to be a final 4 team the likes of FAU, SDST recently. If the Underdogs are all knocked out first round, how many viewers will keep watching?

College sports as we know them are completely and utterly over. It's the wild wild west and the teams with the most $$$ are going to take it all.Thinking is the hardest work, that is why so few people do it. -Henry Ford

I'm going to enjoy what appears will be the final season before players will get paid. I assume once they are paid with contracts, they could stay and the best teams will get even more mature and better! Like a monopoly that the big boys will have. The upsets will be few and far between! In the meantime, let's hope a favored Bradley team ( most Likely) in the MVC will live up to potential and win the tourney to make March Madness! Even though it's ridiculous to speculate, Joe Lunardi as of May 7th had the big B logo going to the sweet 16!!! Of course we know it really has no value except its fun to think that he believes BU will have a solid enough team to spring a couple upsets in the tourney! Like I said, first we gave to make the field! If this is indeed the last year before players get paid, Maybe BU can take advantage of keeping our 2 super seniors intact while the other teams even with great talent have to start over because of the wild west transfer portal!!!! We will have 3 Champions back from our 2023 team so maybe just maybe in this final year we can pull off a great season and bring back Bradley to National prominence!!!! Love ❤️ to Dream Big!!!!

Article from a few days ago re: Houston Christian University's challenge to this settlement:
FCS school challenging proposed NCAA settlement allowing revenue sharing among athletes
My first BU hoops game was on 12/30/1963. My dad took me to watch the Braves defeat Arizona 67-59. He helped me get Coach Orsborn's autograph before the game.
