Sentencing today - up to two years, NOT FOUR YEARS as reported elsewhere.

but the officials believe it will be less than 332 days based on time already spent in custody and time off for satisfactory behavior.

Earlier reports (from cbssportsline and others) that Pierce was sentenced to four years were incorrect, as the two 1-year and the 2-year sentences are to run concurrently. See above story.
