I haven’t seen anything official from DH yet, but it does sound like Home of the Brave is confident he’s coming back. If true, I’m thrilled. Assuming Indiana State does have a coaching change and players following him, we would have to be pretty heavy favorites in the Valley next year.

DH hasn’t said anything himself, but the reports are that he’s met with the NIL collective and that they are certain he’s staying. Until I see it from him, I’d take it with a grain of salt, but the person reporting it did have the Duke and Hickman news before it was announced, so he seems to be well connected.

Darius doesn't really do social media, so he might not put any announcement out. But I've heard it from a couple of my best sources.
He actually made the decision a couple days ago. Of course, things could always change.

Wow if Darius is staying at Bradley next year, that's a great nucleus with Duke! Even 2 players staying from past years success is Golden!!! We would really be spoiled with Zek back as he was a big contributor to BU winning the reg.season Valley last year.! I'm not counting on Zek to play but what a rare story that would be. Coach Wardle has a couple new Freshman coming next year who appear decent enough to contribute. But he needs some big time success from the portal! Time will tell what kind of a team will have next year!

Davion Hannah (Darius' younger brother) is a 2025 recruit. So it isn't likely they would play together. Darius would have to develop an injury or health issue and take a redshirt year, then come back for his final (Covid) year. And it would almost certainly be somewhere other than Bradley, since the chances of a player of Davion's caliber coming to Bradley is highly unlikely.

I agree with this. However, as the college landscape changes with the portal, I could see more 3 and 4 stars going places they could play right away. Many top teams are going after established transfers first. So I could see some higher ranked kids going to mid majors to play, develop, show how good they are so they can transfer after a year or two.
