Hoping the Sycs go the distance. Definitely got the shaft from the NCAA.

Hey Coach....I think the game is at 8pm central (Peoria) time. I have TelStar cable and ESPN shows it at 8 central. So does the NIT bracket in your post.

      Go Sycamores!

Yes, thanks for finding that. That game is at 8:00 Central, and starts at 9:00 pm in Terre Haute (Eastern Time Zone). It is on ESPN and the ESPN+ app.

Indiana State has trailed much of the game, and it's now Cincinnati leading 53-49 with about 14 minutes left in the game. Cincinnati is shooting over 50% and Indiana State's defense has not been good enough to stop them getting good shots so far.

Indiana State beats Cincinnati 85-81 to advance to the Final Four of the NIT
                  Stats- https://stats.statbroadcast.com/broadcast/?id=524768

After shooting just 38.5% in the first half, Indiana State shot 50% in the second half, including 8-17 from three, and had just 2 turnovers to overcome a hot shooting Cincinnati team. Avila, Kent, Conwell, and Swope all played terrific for the Sycamores.

Indiana State will play the winner of tomorrow night's game between VCU and Utah in the semifinal on April 2nd at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

Do I have this right? So far in the NIT Indiana State has beat the Big East, the Big 10, and the Big 12. Maybe not so big after all.

Was reading all the oddsmaker sights and everyone I read took Indiana State giving up the 3.5 points! They covered by half point!!!" My final recognition is that Indiana State is like America's team!!!! They have Avila and such a fun team to follow and root for!!!! They are elite from a marketing perspective on top of being a really good team!!! They are making the Missouri Valley look so special!!!! I'm so proud to be rooting so hard for a special mid-Major team from the Valley getting its now fair share of recognition!!! Very few prognosticators saw them being this good!!! They are the story to remember this year and with them now in the NIT semi-finals, this tournament is drawing just as much attention as the other NCAA tourney!!! What a great story for America and the Missouri Valley conference!!!!
