I’m hearing similar rumors that a certain former Brave was not happy in Rhode Island and may be looking to return home. No idea if Wardle would let him come back or of the validity, but I did hear it from two different people. Now they might have the same source, but we will see.

Zek has stayed in touch with a couple of his former teammates, and they were aware he was unhappy with his reduced role at URI. He has expressed to his friends here that he is interested in returning to Bradley. Zek is now in the transfer portal, and the coaches are open to a return.

Exactly. A friend was commenting about the Bradley women’s team having so many players leaving. Aside from one really good player the rest are at best average players on a last place team. Where are they going to go?

He averaged 12.4 ppg, 4.4 rpg, and shot 40.7% from three his freshman year at Army, and there were some preseason publications that had him as one of the top newcomers in the MVC this past year. However, an injury in the preseason lead to him redshirting for the 2023-24 season. He would have 3 years of eligibility left. He is originally from Arlington Heights Hersey HS.
Could he end up back in the MVC?
