This match today at Wake Forest does not look like it's available on the BUBraves webcasts. Here is a list of the webcast games--
Page Not Found (404): It looks like you're lost... The page you are looking for no longer exists.

If anyone is aware of any radio or webcasts for the game, let us know.

The game today is against the #1 ranked team in the country, Wake Forest.
Here is a story about their 3-1 win over Akron on Friday--

And a story about them reaching #1 in the polls--

I can't find any reference to an audio feed from the Wake Forest site, either. But the game can be followed by CSTV Game Tracker.
Go to the schedule page, and click on and highlight the game with Bradley today. Then in the upper right, they will have a link for the GameTracker for today's game. The game is scheduled to start at 1:30 Central time.--

I'm leaving in 30 minutes to watch The Braves pull off their first victory over a #1 ranked team since 1960 (and I'll be wearing my BradleyFans.com T-shirt ). This game will catapult BU Soccer into the Top 15! Go Braves!

I have a report from 10 minutes into this game, the score is 0-0

but Wake is somewhat dominating action with bigger and stronger players.
Wake has 7 shots cpompared to one for BU
They also have a 2-1 advantage on corner kicks, but so far nobody's shot has found the back of the net.

one other Wake Forest note....one of their fine young players on their basketball team,
sophomore Anthony Gurley (4-Star, Top 75) is leaving over concerns of playing time in the future.

43 minutes into the game...still tied 0-0, with Wake forward Mike LaHoud just missing high on a shot at 43 minutes.

                Halftime
                Score is 0-0

                Here are some stats:

                Shots: BU 2, Wake 9
                Saves: BU 1, Wake 1
                CK: BU 1, Wake 2
                Fouls: BU 2, Wake 2

Here is one comment from the Wake Soccer message board:
"Off to a 3-0 start against 3 tourney worthy teams. Today they have
Bradley - another decent team but perhaps a step down from the first three games."

Hmmm.... I hope we can prove them dead wrong!!

Still no score in the 63rd minute. Wake is really dominating on the offensive end, outshooting BU 17-4. Looks a lot like the two games at home against Creighton from last season.

Justin Bigelow SCORES for BU in the 66th minute! Braves lead 1-0! Chris Cutshaw with the assist. C'mon BU!

A correction now states that it was NOT Justin Bigelow (#19 for BU) but it was Wake Forest's #19, Nick Courtney who scored, so it was Wake who went up 1-0 at 65 minutes

Subsequently Wake got two more goals, so the final
score was Wake Forest 3 - Bradley 0

                      BU was outshot 27-6

                        The Game

Just returned home from the game. Wake was dominant! Easy to see why they are the #1 ranked team. They have at least 2-3 future pro players/All-American type studs! I doubt anyone from this Bradley team is pro caliber. None-the-less, Bradley is a scrappy and classy bunch.

Both teams and schools are class acts - Wake had a moment of silence prior to the game for Dahlquist; Bradley's players walked past the center of the field at games' end to salute and applaud the loyal Bradley fans in attendance. What was great was that there were at least 50 -75 BU fans at the game, all in BU attire

Tornado was correct. BU was outshot over 3-1 and Wake controlled the ball for AT LEAST 75% of the game. Bradley played a very smart game, however. They knew they could not run with Wake and played a defensive counterpunch style for 42 of the 43 first half minutes. The Braves then got aggressive and tried to sneek a goal before halftime. My second and third picture below show the near misses.

The second half was much of the same with BU continuing to play cat and mouse for the first half of the second half. Wake scored their first goal at the 25 minute mark of the second half and the Braves were forced to open up their game - big mistake, but really know other choice. Wake scored all three goals in a 10 minute stretch. Their second goal was an unbelievable highlite header off of a corner kick! I was awed! This was one of their future MLS players who scored. Goal three was by another future MLS player.

All in all, I was very impressed by the effort and character of our Braves. Unfortunately, we don't have any "game-changer" type players this year. Wake had two or three Gavin Glinton-type studs. Their team was faster, quicker, more explosive and had bigger athletes.

(It's dinner time.......I'll have to post the pictures within the hour)

Agreed! And hopefully our stadium and upcoming training facility can help BU recruit a few gamebreaker players like Wake and the other top teams get.
