  • Ticket help?

Dumb question, but how do you pull up the bar codes for BU home tickets? We are coming to Peoria for alumni weekend and bought tickets online. I do not remember it being so unclear as how to pull up the rickets with bar codes. Some how, the ticket site goes to Fevo then some variation of Ticketmaster. I go to Tickets on the left menu, see My Events, click on the game, click on a ticket from the list, amd there are ticket details, but no barcode and it says my phone is the ticket and log on with my smartphone. Since I see Ticketmaster in the URL, I have tried my account and app for it, but no BU games show up. Any suggestions?

I hope this explanation helps. It has always worked for me....
If you have the digital tickets, go to the Bradley Ticketmaster web page. Do not use the old Bradley ticket app that was used last year.
Open the web browser on your cell phone and go to--> https://am.ticketmaster.com/bradleyuniversity/
Then click the "Sign in" link in the upper right of that page
Once you are signed-in with your email and password (should be the same as your Ticketmaster sign-in and password), then click the menu icon in the upper left, and you should now see a link for TICKETS.
Click on the Tickets link and you will get a page showing the events you have tickets for.
Click on "View Event Details" for the BU-ISU game, and you should see the tickets. By clicking on them, the bar codes will appear.

If nothing else works, the people at the lobby ticket window might be able to help you.

Thanks Da Coach. However, since I have a Galaxy Fold 5, it turns out I had to keep the phone folded for it to fully render the screen as a ticket It took me a while to try that out. It is a phenomenon peculiar to fold phones that I discovered when I got it. Some websites have screens and functionality that just do not properly render when the phone is unfolded. Some websites just are not built to detect what exactly thus device is and although the sites appear to be ok, some quirks can pop up. The sites cannot tell if it is a desktop, tablet, or phone

I looked into getting that phone, since I need an upgrade (still using an older 4G phone). But at $2000, I had to pass.
Other than the quirk with the ticketmaster app, how do you like yours?
Does the phone act like that with Q-codes, like airline boarding passes?

Other than that issue, I am glad I got it. I waited until there was a deal and it was around $1k. It is great for streaming and ebooks...my eyes are getting older
