What a great trip done Memory lane! Coach Versace was certainly one of the best dressed coaches in college basketball in the 80's - he comes off especially well-dressed compared to Wimp Sanderson in this video. Gene Smithson was a character.
I attended the '86 championship game in Dallas and watched Lousiville beat Duke. Throughout the game I kept lamenting that Bradley had come up against Louisville so early in the tournament. BU had the horses to easily be a Sweet 16 team and quite possible an Elite 8 team.

As long as we are correcting DRU's fading memory (wink...I can't figure out how to put the smiley faces in here either!)......Perkins played at UNC...I think you were thinking of "Never Nervous" Pervous Ellison."Losers find an excuse...winners find a way" - Joe Stowell

Nice reference to my dad..He helped Moose run some great trips.. including the NIT in NY NY in 82 Thanks Chico! I was lucky enough to be on the bench for the NCAA in Ogden- had a great time at that one!???We all want Bradley to win. If our methods and visions for that are different, then so be it. Don't ever attempt to tell me I am not a fan!???

Along the left, find the "mood" you are looking for....(like 'winking', which will then give you 3 pages of 'winking' smilies to choose from)....when you find the one you like, left click on it.... the 'code' will then be placed in the top middle of the page... scroll up and right click on the code and select "copy" in the pop up box....then navigate back to Bradleyfans.com (which is quite easy to do if using "tabbed browsing" from the newest version of IE)... right click on your text where you want to put the smiley and select "past" - whalah!
