Maybe some of you are starting to see that the loss at Murray State was not a "bad" loss ... Up to a tie for 4th.

If you had to line them up, I'd want to play them the least of UNI, Belmont, Murray State, SIU.

Likely it's not going to matter and hopefully we stay in the 3 seed and won't see any of them.
    Go Braves!

Bradley in 3rd place 2 games behind Drake, and 2 games ahead of the 4th place teams.
If Bradley stays with the #3 seed, they will play in the Friday night, 8:30 pm game in St. Louis on March 8.
They would play the winner of the Thursday game between the #6 vs. #11 seeds.
      Bracket- https://mvc-sports.com/feature/24Arch

There are 4 teams now tied at 8-7 vying for 4th place, the final spot that has a bye on Thursday.
Missouri State fading now and tied with Evansville and Illinois State for 8th place. UIC and Valpo fighting each other to avoid last place.

I still disagree. Of the top three teams in the MVC this season, only BU has lost to them so far. They a mid team that has an almost .500 record due to playing mostly terrible and mediocre conference teams. It's not like they had some really difficult non-conference schedule either. They have 10 Q3&4 losses this year so far, no Q1 wins, and a 2-2 Q2 record. Their NET is 139. They are the definition of mediocre. They could easily go 1-4 the rest of their conference schedule, and they also only have to play Drake once this year. They are 4-6 over their last 10 games, and 3-5 over their last 8. I think they caught some middle of the pack MVC teams by surprise on the road and that is about it this year. Also remember that a 4-way tie for fourth place actually means one of those teams is in 7th place.

If we thought BU could be a 1st or 2nd conference team this year, as most believe, they should be sweeping a 5-7th place team like Murray. That has to be the expectation for a team that is expected to contend for the conference title.

Yeah...I've been in college for a while now and I'm pretty sure that awesomest is not a word. -Andrew E.

Consistency is the word. Any good teams can have a good record but the mark of a winning program is a consistent winning record. Beating teams that you are supposed to beat.
