Interesting games; Will UNI shake off their huge loss at home? I see SIU getting another loss. Murray St. at Belmont another big game for those rival teams. UIC at Ill. St. toss up.

Agreed, should be very interesting how MoST performas at UNI, and SIU at Drake especially with Drake playing BU this weekend. MoST and SIU appear to be the next best teams in the league after BU so interesting to see how they do against future BU opponents.

Need to see Bradley perform well and stay sharp. There are no games you can take the night off from. Eager to see if our guys remember that fact.

Except in Terra Haute all we close games. Drake and SIU went to overtime and Drake was able to prevail 92-88. Xavier Johnson of SIU did all he could to win the game for the Salukis 35 points and 5 assists and just 2 turnovers in 45 minutes but came up short on a shot at the end of regulation and had the ball knocked away from him in the last 5 seconds that caused a jump ball. SIU did have the possession arrow and they tried to inbound the ball from about 40 feet from the basket but Drake forced a 5 seconds call.2 made FT's later and the game was over. Tucker DeVries led Drake with 27 points, 13-15 from the FT line. For the game SIU was 20-22 from there while Drake was a stunning 32-40.

In the other games UNI beat MSU 72-65, UIC beat ISU Red 61-56, and Belmont beat Murray State 69-64. The standings with 7 Valley games left are:

                ISU Blue 12-1
                Drake 10-3
                BU 9-4
                UNI 7-6
                SIU 7-6
                Murray St 6-7
                MSU 6-7
                Belmont 6-7
                Evansville 6=7
                ISU Red 5-8
                UIC 2-11
                Valpo 2-11
