On a side note, could have 5 teams at 6-6 in the valley after today.Thinking is the hardest work, that is why so few people do it. -Henry Ford

This game was most definitely a tale of 2 halves. ISU Blue led 24-7 with 10:00 to go then Drake outscored them in the last 10:00 29-13 to trail at the half 37-36. DeVries hurt his ankle early and had 0 points in the first 10:00. In the last 10:00 he had 15. Kent for ISU Blue had 10 rebounds and 6 points and the other 4 starters had the other 31 points. Kevin Overton had 10 for Drake. The game was tied once

Evansville and Valpo had a great game that went back and forth. There were 19 lead changes and 11 ties and Evansville got the final lead change with a minute left. Valpo had a couple of chances to tie or take the lead and Valpo’s Darius DeAviero got fouled with 1 second left. He made the first but missed the second and the Purple Aces survived 63-62.

Not a great scoring night by Kent but he has 19! rebounds! Pretty nuts. No bench points for ISUb. I think they will likely burn out in St. Louis, seems they have very little depth, despite BU getting hurt by their bench in the last game.Thinking is the hardest work, that is why so few people do it. -Henry Ford

They have a fairly easy schedule from here on, and even if they drop one more game they still have a good chance for an at-large. So they probably won't need to win the tournament anyway.
