that was the reporter's initial comment but he amended it...
The clarification of Schertz' quote was:
"For clarity, Schertz didn’t express interest or disinterest in the DePaul opening when I asked tonight.
Schertz: “I don’t talk about any other job other than the one I have.”"
I am not inclined to take that as "not interest"- just that he ain't talking about it.Comment

I agree I think Schertz is a good coach but in his first 2 years he has a 9th and 5th place finish. This year 1st half way through the season he is in first and only has 1 quad 1 win and that was at Carver. I’m not saying there is no chance but seems awfully early to make it a given that he is getting a much bigger job. He may but …..houstonbraveComment
