  • 2 new BU scholarship players

I am hearing from a reliable source that Bradley's two previous non-scholarship players, Sam Hennessy and Cade Hardtke, will become scholarship players for the 2nd semester. Congratulations to Sam and Cade!

For the record, Cade leads the team in FG% and 3-point FG%- https://bradleybraves.com/sports/men...stats/2023/pdf

Apparently so, otherwise the scholarships would not be available.

I love this. Great move, Coach Wardle and congrats Sam and Cade - we love you guys!

I've got a theory that if you give 100 percent all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end.

I was wondering if this might come up with no shot of anyone else coming on. Good move from Bradley and good for those guys!

I have a couple of questions:

            1. Do these only apply for the semester and not next year?

            2. I thought someone mentioned that we couldn’t use Pettigrew or Ellis’s scholarships even after they left because they were already transfers (I’m not sure of the rule there), and that’s why we couldn’t get a mid year transfer even if we wanted to. Does that not apply in this case since they were already on the roster?

              1,) Yes
2.) I don't know, but if the previous players are no longer enrolled, I think the scholarships can be given to someone else.

I just noticed that Meta isn't listed on the statbroadcast under season stats, did I miss something?
