I have some memories of games at Roberson Field House. It had a dirt floor under the bleachers and you could pay to check your coat. You could also rent a folding chair back for the bleacher seats. The mens restroom had a long trough for a urinal that was a quarter of a mile long (OK, maybe not that long). I don’t remember seeing a losing home game in the four years (1957-1961) that I was at Bradley. Never finished better than second place in the conference since the NCAA Champion (Cincinnati) always finished first. It was a different conference. The year after I graduated I had a life-time pass which got me a seat two rows behind the players bench. The following year it was three rows back, then four rows back until the last game I attended at Carver I was seven rows back in the upper bowl behind the basket.
