Have to wonder why Meta is getting Thomas"s minutes. He has shown nothing tonight as he is too slow to react to anything. We were not prepared for SIU to play fast tonight. We are also taking a lot of forced shots. Deen has been the only real threat on offense.The rest of the team needs to step up in the second half.

Meta is a matchup player and this is bad one for him. Luckily Brian realized that in the second half. Thomas has looked much improved of late.

We’re lucky to win with that atrocity of a first half. Hannah gave us even that much of a chance by being the only one that seemed to care early. Deen as well, he did a nice job all game and he has really come a long way as a point guard in his career.

Hick and Leons coach said on the post game he challenged them at half time and that’s good as we need those two to be our leaders. Hick has been but had a rough half. Leons still needs to step up offensively a bit to me, but much better second half and great defense as always.

Burch did a nice job today. Atlason was ok. Davis ok and played well on defense in half two. Thomas was better in this matchup than Meta and I think that will have to be monitored the rest of the way. Athletic bigs I think Thomas is the better choice. He looked pretty solid today.

Overall, fun comeback, but let’s play 40 minutes next time. The next two home games are must haves and against two teams we should want revenge against.

This was the biggest comeback in school history. Unbelievable effort in the 2nd half. I don’t even know what to say! Still can’t believe what I just saw! This is an awesome feeling. Just wow! On to the next one.
