Know this is off topic, but just curious as to where he wound up at. Is he coaching somewhere or working a job related to his studies while at Bradley. Anyone have any info.

Too bad Bradley couldn't have found a spot for him as a grad-assistant.
He has a LinkedIn page listing Saskatoon, Saskatchewan as his current home- https://www.linkedin.com/in/jashon-henry-09a07122a
His profile says- About-
Graduated from Bradley University with a degree in merchandising and marketing in 2023. I am an international former student athlete from Saskatchewan Canada who competed on the Bradley Men’s Basketball team and served as team captain for two years.
He says he is open to work-
It is too bad that he could not be at Bradley as a grad assistant. Perhaps in the future he will be. Hope Coach Wardle has that thought in the back of his head.
He is the guy this team misses the most, in my opinion, even above Mast. His tenacity was infectious and he willed us to win a lot last year even if he wasn't always a huge scoring threat.
Didn't Henry go back to coach at his old high school Notre Dame in Canada?

I agree. He’s the guy that would make the big play that would turn things around.

The University does not permit Grad Assistants in the Athletics Department.

My favorite Brave this millenium and there have been some good ones! Guy had the best character and leadership u could ask for.
DB Jr right up there too, and my 2nd fave in the Wardle era. Man I miss D-Lo too!
I don’t think in the current state of University financials it would have been acceptable to increase the number of assistant coaches. I’d love to see him back but right now is not the time.
Ja'Shon's impact of his effort & toughness on the Bradley basketball program over the previous 5-seasons is represented in this stats below (if true: I found this on Social Media = it must be accurate )... Many times, he would get a key offensive rebound and fight to put it back in, among many players that were taller than he was.
That also reflects the loss of Rienk Mast, who was the team's best rebounder the last couple seasons, and Zek Montgomery, who was a good rebounder for a guard. Zek averaged 3.4 rpg, which was 4th on the team behind Mast, Leons, and Henry.
Bradley has always been a good rebounding team under Coach Wardle. They finished in the top 2 in the MVC in rebounding each of the last 4 seasons (1st twice and 2nd twice). And under Coach Wardle, they have never finished lower than 5th except his first season (2015-16) when they finished 7th with a severely undermanned team. This season, so far, they rank 9th.
