I read where people saying we should have done better in recruiting. You can always argue that fact, but as the saying goes you play the hand you are dealt. Team needs to regain their focus. Firmly believe we can contend for the title. Have to remember we have two freshman playing minutes. Third freshman if you want to count Meta. He played sparingly last year, so this according to me is his freshman year with only 9 games in. Only thing left to say is GO BRAVES.

Amen! I don't think we lack talent. Unfortunately though our freshmen need to grow up fast if we want to contend b/c we can't win with the other guys alone this year, especially when a key guy like Hickman goes down.

Poor roster construction has always been a problem for Wardle. We desperately need quality guards in a guard-oriented league and you have 3 bigs eating up roster spots wearing cheerleader outfits at the end of the bench.

I completely agree. Gonar, Linke and Thomas are just taking up scholarships while not contributing much. We really need a transfer guard in the transfer portal mid-season (replace Pettigrew leaving) to help with Hickman injury and guard woes.

While I agree, unfortunately Pettigrew's scholarship is not available in the Spring because he was a transfer portal guy. Unless Pettigrew is allowed back on the team (he won't be) we're stuck with what we have until next season. We have no open scholarships available right now.
