Pretty sad to see these young men get booed by some fans at the half. Sure it was a disappointing half of basketball but they don't deserve that. Doesn't mean you can't be frustrated and disappointed for the 2nd straight game. As much as I love how hard he plays Duke needs to play with more awareness and be smarter with the ball. I realize right now that Meta is a square peg trying to fit into a round hole on defense but on offense he is the round hole, No one in the Valley can guard him. Get him the damn ball and play zone defense. And speaking of defense do we have to wait until the 2nd half to make any adjustments? Alright enough whining. For however long Conner is out we're going to need to figure some things out. Have to be interior based on offense and play mostly zone on defense. Going to have to throw Ellis into the fire and see what you got. Might have to play some of the walkons to help spell our thinning back court. The guys are going to need to regroup real quick with the game at Akron on Tuesday. 6-2 is still pretty good so go get em boys!

With Bradley now starting 0-2 in the Valley, Conference wins will be MUST wins because I believe to make the NCAA tourney, you must finish league play in the 4th spot or higher! Isn't that really the goal...Win Arch Madness and your in NCAA tourney!!!! So will see....it's still early and as was noted, Bradley lost its first 5 conference games in 2018-19 and still made NCAA tourney! We will see what this team is made of going forward! Will we see the 6-0 team come back and get hot at the right time when conference play resumes, or do we see an 0-2 Team that fizzles out of contention later this year?

One other thing , the Braves club that hands out popcorn and soda was completely out of diet soda 15 minutes before the game plus they did not have the correct containers for pop corn. They need to go back to just Sprite and Coke and Diet coke to keep things moving better.

One small positive note from the game...the sound system seemed to be alot better. After not receiving a response from my first email to Tchristie I sent a second email...same result.. so I sent a note to Bobby Parker.. stating the problem and how I had sent 2 emails to tchristie with no repsonse. You know the guy that is Associate AD in charge of Marketing and Fan Engagement that does not fan engage. He responded within 5 minutes and said they were working on it. I thanked him

I could be wrong as I haven't heard tis take yet.... But I was under the impression that fans were booing the refs at half? Maybe not. but there were some calls that were suspect for sure. This team has a lot of work to do to get better for the rest of the conference schedule. It's never easy....
