The RPI formula is not very meaningful early in the season. But Bradley fans can enjoy it while it lasts-

I like the 8 SOS too, obviously conference play will knock it down, but hopefully it stays high enough to keep at large possibilities in play if we live up to our end of continuing to win.

Again let me say that RPI this early is rather meaningless.
But Bradley is now #2 in RPI and #3 in Strength of Schedule- https://www.warrennolan.com/basketball/2024/rpi-live

Strength of Schedule is also currently ranked #2 hardest in Division I by some sites
(actually Bradley should be #1 except that the only team above them played a game against a horribly weak team that isn't NCAA DI, DII, or DIII, and not even NAIA, so the rankings ignore that game. They played a tiny, 1-6, "USCAA" team that probably wouldn't be able to beat a strong high school team. Believe it or not, the USCAA actually even includes some junior colleges!
Here's their list of schools, has anyone ever heard of even one of them? - LINK )

ISU, Valpo, UNI, and Murray State really under performing this year. Probably expected Valpo to struggle in their first year under Powell, but seeing Murray St., UNI, and ISU this bad is pretty disheartening.

I’m never disheartened to see the Redbirds under performing. And I never take a game with them lightly. Hope we go undefeated against them this year.

Most RPI websites still have Purdue #1 slightly ahead of Bradley at #2, but here is the one that has Bradley #1- http://realtimerpi.com/college_Men_basketball_rpi.html

...and yet our NET is 78 after beating Vermont. There are teams that we've already beaten ranked above us. Top 100 NET almost entirely BCS conference teams.

I don’t think the NET has been released yet so you’re just looking at the final from last year.
