Looks kinda bland. Don't really like using "PIA". Why not just say "Peoria" on it? The script unis are the superior look
Not a fan - It didn't even hit me until about 15 sec that PIA meant Peoria, and if a die-hard Braves fan doesn't get it right away, how will the rest of the country??
Maybe worst and blandest unis I've ever seen from BU hoops.
I personally like the color scheme, I think the white/silver really makes the red pop. I like the concept of recognizing the city. I like the use of the skyline. I just don't like using PIA because all I see is Peoria International Airport. I would have preferred PEORIA. I thought maybe the 309, but I guess that might cause consternation with ISU.
I am totally ok with people in Bloomington Normal (the 309) being represented on the national stage by Bradley University mens hoops. That’s as it should be.
So Bradley misses another opportunity. Last year when they came out with merchandise with the script logo, you had to pre-order your merch. I guarantee they could have sold quite a bit by having extra at the game and there was none.
This time with the PIA, there were no pre-orders and only merchandise to buy at the game. We arrived at 630, all of the hoodies were gone and most of the tshirts. They again underestimated how much they could sell...

I'm just venting because I didn't get a hoodie!!
I heard a lot of complaints about them not having enough product. They should have taken orders last night and had them for pickup next Saturday before the game. Have to wonder who is in charge of selling merchandise at these games.

It just amazes me how poor they are at selling merch. There should have been more than enough there, and it should be sold in the bookstore. I am shocked there hasn't been more merch with the script logo since that seems to be the new unofficial primary MBB logo.
I hope these uniforms are only used for one game! Do they say Bradley on them anywhere? We are 'Bradley' in Peoria.Promote the school more than the city in my opinion. The city is not going to help with recruiting.
The city may not help with recruiting but I think it's a good thing in getting fans to feel Bradley is their team. Too many basketball fans think Champaign is their team because they are Illinois.

The red hoodies with the Bradley script in black and white would sell along with t-shirts. Understanding what fans want has never been really great when it comes to who picks merchandise out for Bradley.

I agree. Creating brand loyalty is a huge goal for most brands, and shouldn't ever be ignored. Moves like this can do that in the Peoria community imo.
