Valpo up 4 with 15 min in the 2nd half. I'm shocked they have the lead right now

Valpo led for the just about all of the first 25 minutes of the game but the Illini outscored them 35-12 the rest of the game to win 87-64. Can't recall a game where both teams had over 50 rebounds, Illini 60-51, and both teams had single digit turnovers. Valpo also had just 4 assists and took 80 shots making 24, 5-19 from 3. For Valpo a couple of guys stat lines stood out. Isiah Stafford scored a game high 30 points and 0 assists. Jaxon Edwards had 0 points on 0-12 shooting, had 15 rebounds, 3 blocks and 0 assists.

Arizona never trailed in the contest and beat Belmont 100-68. Belmont made their first 4 3's and were tied with Arizona at 14 with 15:34 to go in the 1st half. The Wildcats then went on 6+ minute 18-0 run and never looked back

                  Final score- Arizona 100 Belmont 68 - https://www.espn.com/mens-college-ba...meId/401607319

The 32 point loss was, by far, the largest margin in a loss since Belmont joined the MVC.
Belmont shot 37.7% overall, and 44.4% (12-27) from three. But they were outrebounded 52-22 by Arizona.
Belmont's Cade Tyson, last years Freshman of the Year and a Preseason 1st team All-MVC pick this season, had just 3 points, the lowest scoring output in his Belmont career, so far. He was just 1-7 from the field (14.7%), and 0-2 from three. He has now gone 2 straight games against D1 opponents without a three pointer, a combined 0-7 in blowout losses to Furman & Arizona. And he is 5-20 overall in the 2 games against Furman and Arizona.
Belmont got 21 points from 6'9" sophomore Vanderbilt transfer Malik Dia and 13 points from sophomore Ja'Kobi Gillespie.
