  • A blast from the past -- 1986

YouTube is pretty amazing. I lost a VCR copy of the 1986 CBS "Road to the Final Four" Selection Sunday pre-show years ago. But I found it online today. I think many of you will enjoy reliving the piece on BU that begins at 22:30. And if it gets you a little more psyched up for tomorrow night's home opener and the 2023-24 season, great! Yajusneverno, we might be dancing again next March. Go Braves!

Thanks for sharing this! It brought back so many great memories. I bought a record player a few years ago just so I could listen to my old Yajusneverno 45LP!

Thanks songwriter! If fans don't have time to watch the whole video, at least watch from the 22:30 mark to the end to see an old segment about the 1986 BU team (with great music).

That is great, and I’ve never seen that one. If you liked that, make sure you’ve seen the one on Tommy’s channel too:

        Compete. Defend. Rebound. Win.

It was great watching this video from almost 40 years ago. I know that a sizable segment of Peoria, including Bradley fans, did not like Dick Versace, but everyone came out to the games and listened to what Dick had to say. He was far more intelligent than most coaches and fans had assumed about him
