    21 of the Top 25 teams were in action last night. 20 of them won easily- https://www.espn.com/mens-college-basketball/scoreboard
    All the wins were rather lopsided. The biggest blowout was #23 St. Mary's over D2 Stanislaus State 107-28

    There was one big upset- James Madison beat #4 ranked Michigan State 79-76 in overtime- https://www.espn.com/mens-college-ba...meId/401581835

    Michigan State was 1-20 from three point range, and the 5 starters combined to go 0-17 from three. James Madison was called for 32 personal fouls and MSU was awarded 37 free throws (23-37), but JMU held on for the win. James Madison was picked 1st in the Sun Belt Preseason Poll.

    Former SIU star Marcus Domask started and played 29 minutes for the Illini, more than any other Illinois player. He had 6 points (2-8, 1-6 from three) and 4 rebounds.

    Lance Jones, the other former SIU player now in the Big Ten, started and played 20 minutes in Purdue's blowout 98-45 win over Samford. Jones had 6 points (3-9, 0-4 from three), 3 rebounds, and 3 assists.

    Rienk, wearing a plastic face mask, had 13 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists. He was 5-7 from the field and 1-3 from three.
