I don't think Scully has been at Murray State for a while, I think he's still at Ball State
He just retweeted this when Ball State won the MAC Tournament and earned the NCAA bid

You're right. If I would have just read I would have seen that the Murray State listing is from one of his previous stops along the way. However, he isn't listed as a coach at Ball State this year either. Perhaps he left coaching for something in the private sector. https://ballstatesports.com/sports/baseball/coaches

I am one of that 500 or so that regularly show up. Ages ago (pre COVID..maybe 2016-2017?) the Chiefs had mentioned to me that they were looking at doing some BU/Chiefs double headers (and the like). I suppose that fell through.
I've had some players as students: very good kids. One even won an academic award in mathematics. I'd love to see the program thrive.

In MVC Baseball- Indiana State, the MVC regular season champion and the winner of the MVC baseball tournament, just won their NCAA regional going 3-0, with a win over Wright State, and two straight wins over Iowa.

They now advance to the Super Regional (round of 16) next weekend against the winner of the Arkansas Regional. Arkansas currently leads Santa Clara in the championship game of that regional 4-0 in the 5th inning.-ttps://www.ncaa.com/game/6147499

The winners of the 8 best-of-three Super Regionals advance to the College World Series in Omaha, June 16-26.
              Good luck to Indiana State.

The MVC was always very highly regarded as a good baseball league nationally. Wichita State, Creighton, and Southern Ilinois were usually recognized nationally

The first 2 rounds of the 20-round MLB Draft were yesterday (Sunday, June 9) and rounds 3-10 were today (Monday, June 10).
No Bradley players were drafted in the first 10 rounds, though not surprising, as none were projected to be.
Once a major producer of MLB talent, the MVC has really fallen off. Only 5 MVC players were drafted among the 314 players drafted in the first 10 rounds, and the top draftee was in the 4th round, #142 overall.
Indiana State, the runaway regular season winner of the MVC, the MVC Tournament winner, and the MVC representative in the NCAA tournament, did not have any players drafted.

Here are the only 5 MVC players drafted in the first 10 rounds-
Round 5- Pick #142- Spencer Nivens- Missouri State
Round 7- Pick # 223- Jake Eddington- Missouri State
Round 9- Pick # 260- Hayden Minton- Missouri State
Round 9- Pick # 270- Charlie Szykowny- University of Illinois-Chicago
                        Round 10- Pick # 309- Pier-Olivier Boucher- Southern Illinois

The final 10 Rounds (Rounds 11-20) will be tomorrow.
Bradley has one player projected as a possible draft pick by MLB.com- senior Dalton Mall
                        https://bradleybraves.com/sports/bas...ton-mall/12941
                        https://www.mlb.com/player/dalton-ma...nors&year=2023

Mall appeared in 10 games this season, 4 as a starting pitcher. He pitched 17.2 innings, was 0-2 with an 12.74 ERA.

A total of 614 players were drafted in the 20 rounds, and only 10 were from the MVC
These are the 5 additional MVC players drafted today-
