Wisconsin announces they will be doing exactly what Bradley did that ticked off lots of long time fans & season ticket holders
& ended up helping to tank home attendance.

they are calling all the LONG TIME, outstanding, loyal fans who have owned season tickets for
over 25 years - who sit down low in the lower bowl, and who have always faithfully & loyally renewed their tickets and
paid the maintenance, and they are informing those fans that their season seats are being booted up
to the "nosebleed section" because they want to create "Premium Seating" that will bring in a few extra
    thousand bucks.

Anyone remember when Glasser's AD did this and thousands of loyal, long time lower bowl season ticketholders
like Mort Cantor's family and even the Michel McCord family all yanked their renewals and told Cross to GTH.
and then attendance tanked from around 9-10,000 down to 3-4,000?

I suppose schools are going to have to do these things to afford players. Schools will be forced to operate like professional organizations.

Very positive interaction today with Colton at the Bradley ticket office. He processed my renewal, processed my seat change request, was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the facility, etc. Plus they were more responsive as well. I'm happy.

Just talked with a long time fan & season ticket holder - and this isn't the first time I have heard this-
He said not renewing this year - too much hassle. They're way older- a different generation that never felt
comfortable and doesn't use the internet or buying things with payments online.
They tried calling the BU ticket office and asked is it possible they could just bring their money in to the ticket office
and their application or mail it in to get season tickets this year. They were told "Nope, gotta do it the new way with a
Ticketmaster account and pay online." so they're just not doing it and will come to some games and buy individual tickets at the window. So it's not just the loss to BU Athletics of the season tickets, but the maintenance, too.

Also, anyone drive by the Civic Center lately? Not that we need any more deterrents to people going to games this season.
Every single road for 2-3 blocks in every direction from the Civic Center, plus the Bob Michel Bridge
are ALL under construction at the same time, lanes barricaded, streets narrowed to 2 or 1 lane, big orange barrels blocking off turn lanes and parking spots, pouring concrete, and as we've seen for pretty much 2-3 years running, the Michel Bridge
is still a traffic mess going both ways.
Hope some of this gets fixed by November.

I've called the BU ticket office a couple times for my season Tickets this year. Both times they were very helpful. I paid my deposit for my tickets over the phone, and also just paid my remaining balance over the phone with them as well last week. They even split my payment in half as my parents tickets are in my account as well. Last year I did all my payments using the App, but this year as I was at work when I was ready to pay I just called them and they took it over the phone.

That’s strange.I have gone to the Renaissance ticket office many times to pay by check or credit card and also credit card over the phone with no problems whatsoever. They have always been really helpful….

In relation to tickets, have been to March Madness quite often and wondering why they do not print out tickets to just simply scan the bar code at the door. The way it is now people have problems downloading their tickets on their phones. People are naturally upset since they paid for the tickets and will not appear on their devices. Do not know how this resolved itself. But they were quite visibly upset as I would be. We are living in different times. Just wish they had printed tickets as in the time of yesteryear.

I also was told when they started the early season ticket deposits that I had to create a separate Bradley Ticketmaster account & pay that way. They would accept Visa and wouldn’t allow me to use my already existing Ticketmaster account

Yes, if you chose to get the electronic (digital) tickets, the tickets will not be available on a regulat Ticketmaster account or on the Ticketmaster App.
You will need to create a dedicated Bradley ticket account here--> am.ticketmaster.com/bradleyuniversity
It is easy to do, and your tickets will be available for each game you purchased. Tickets can also be sold or forwarded to other people from that website.
A couple years ago, they had an app for the Bradley tickets, but apparently that had some glitches for a lot of people, so it was deleted, and you must now go through the browser to the am.ticketmaster.com/bradleyuniversity website.
