We've had a few issues recently with members having trouble logging in, not getting administrator emails, or not seeing private messages.
I suggest that all members take a minute to update your user information, which will solve most of these issues.
Click on your Login name in the right upper corner and select User Settings. On the first page you see, you can edit your Profile if you want to, but that is not necessary.
More importantly, click on the ACCOUNT tab across the top, and it will open a new page. On that page, you can change your password (not necessary), or update your email address. Updating your email address is important if you currently use an email address that differs from the one you originally registered with.
Also, I'd suggest scrolling down and make sure a few of the other options are turned on.
Here is an example of how I would suggest you set your other User Settings (if they are not already set this way) to ensure you get emails and get notifications. When done, click the Save Changes button at the top or bottom of the page.
Then one more important thing....Many times I have sent Private Messages to users, then received a reply days or weeks later, because the user did not immediately notice they had a Private Message.
Click the NOTIFICATIONS tab (at the top of the User Settings page).
At the bottom of the NOTIFICATIONS page, turn on the option to-
Receive Email Notification of new Private Messages and click Save Changes.
This will automatically send an email to your current email address notifying you when you have a new Private Message.
