Illinois State 6'10" forward Joe Petrakis enters the transfer portal. He is well travelled. He started at Dodge City junior college in 2018-19, and averaged 4.8 ppg and 3.1 rpg. Then he transferred to Kansas State for 2019-20 as a walk-on and apparently redshirted. Then in 2020-21 at Kansas State, he barely got off the bench, averaging 1.4 ppg and 0.5 rpg. Then he transferred to Western Carolina for 2021-22, where he was a starter and averaged 8.0 ppg and 3.2 rpg. Then he transferred for the 3rd time to Illinois State for 2022-23. In 22 games for the Redbirds this season, he averaged 1.9 ppg and 1.3 rpg. So now he is transferring for the 4th time, and apparently has 1 year of eligibility left.
Kennedy has been a part-time starter for Loyola for 4 seasons, but he had his best season as a freshman, when he shot 51.4% overall and 38% from three. He has been less consistent the last 3 seasons. I expect UIC to recruit him.
He has 1 season of eligibility left as a grad-transfer for his Covid season.

E.J. Bellinger- 6'4" senior guard who has been a reserve at Belmont and never started a game in his 4-year career. This season, he averaged playing 7.2 minutes, and averaged 3.8 ppg. He was a 40.5% three point shooter. He will be a grad-transfer with one more season of eligibility.
