#14 Kennesaw State almost upset #3 Xavier, but falls short 72-67.

The NCAA's new NET formula puts excessive weight on what they define as "Quad 1 wins".
These 3 low seeds, two of which upset much higher seeds, #13 Furman, #15 Princeton, and #14 Kennesaw State were 0-7 against Quad 1 opponents during the regular season. All the games were road games, of course.
Just adds more argument that the NET unfairly excludes good mid-majors, and that they deserve a chance in the postseason tournament.
